TUITION

Tuition fees are calculated annually based on our ten month, September through June, school year. Holidays and school closings have been previously deducted from the tuition. You have two options for  payment. 

  • Fall Semester Option 1: 5 Payment Plan The tuition is divided into 5 equal payments of $595.00 (September – January). The first payment of $595.00 for September is due on or before August 23rd. The second payment will be due on or before September 30th and will follow on a monthly basis.  As this is a full semester tuition, the monthly payment will be the same amount each month regardless of school vacations and holidays and/or other closings.

 

  • Fall Semester Option 2:  1 Payment Plan You may save 5% on tuition by paying the full semester tuition of $2,826.00 in one payment. The payment is due on or before August 23rd.  This will cover the period from September – January.

 

  • Spring Semester Option 1: 5 Payment Plan The tuition is divided into 5 equal payments of $595.00 (February – June). The first payment of $595.00 for February is due on or before January 23rd. The second payment will be due on or before February 28th and will follow on a monthly basis.  As this is a full semester tuition, the monthly payment will be the same amount each month regardless of school vacations and holidays and/or other closings.

 

  • Spring Semester Option 2:  1 Payment Plan You may save 5% on tuition by paying the full semester tuition of $2,826.00 in one payment. The payment is due on or before January 23rd.  This will cover the period from February – June

 

A onetime non-refundable school year registration fee of $100 s required to secure placement for your child. As this fee is non-refundable, it will not be returned if your child does not attend this program.

 

Full payment is due if a child is absent.

 

A 10% preschool age sibling discount is offered. 

Late Payments:  Payments which are received after the first of the month will automatically be charged a $25.00 late payment fee which will appear on your next invoice.

Withdrawing a child from our program: 

  • For The Fall Semester: If notice is given prior to September 30th you are not obligated to continue to pay tuition. You are required to pay full tuition payment for 30 days after giving notice of departure if received after September 30th. 

  • For The Spring Semester: If notice is given prior to February 28th you are not obligated to continue to pay tuition. You are required to pay full tuition payment for 30 days after giving notice of departure if received after February 28th.
